The Daily Mile initiative is a school-based physical activity program encouraging children to run, jog, or walk for 10 minutes each day during school hours. It was founded in 2012 in Scotland and has since expanded globally. The initiative aims to improve children's physical health, mental well-being, and concentration in the classroom. It is inclusive, requires no special equipment, and is designed to be non-competitive, ensuring all children can participate regardless of fitness level. All our pupils are taking part in this at 1pm every day.
