Have a look at what's happening in our school.
On Wednesday we had our Christmas lunch at the manor house. Before the lunch we took part on our Christmas quiz day and we joined in the fun by wearing their coziest, most colourful Christmas jumpers, adding to the Christmas spirit. Thank you to the Manor house for the lovely meal and to Santa who had gifts for every child. Go raibh maith agat!
Well done to all out pupils who performed their Christmas play ‘Prickly Hay’ with such enthusiasm. Set in a cozy barn filled with great characters, the play followed the animals and people as they prepared for the birth of Jesus.
We are delighted to announce that we taking part in the brand new accredited scheme ‘Scoil Spreagtha’.
‘Scoil Spreagtha’ is an accredited scheme to recognise and celebrate efforts made by English-medium schools to encourage the use of Irish in the school environment. It aims to inspire schools to showcase and expand their efforts to promote the use of Irish in their school.
Tá muid ag dúil go mór le bheith ag obair i dtreo na creidiúnaithe agus bheimis fíorbhuíoch as bhur dtacaíocht lenár n-iarrachtaí.
Go raibh maith agaibh
Thank you so much for braving the elements and joining us at the Christmas PTA Craft Fair despite the challenges brought by Storm Darragh. Your support means a lot to us and helps make events like this a success.
We hope you enjoyed the day and we are truly grateful for your donations.
