  • Wellbeing Day Jan 2024

    Today pupils returned to school and the theme of our wellbeing day was art and design. Pupils had to design and build their ideal space ship- a place where they would feel safe and comfortable travelling in. They had to:

    • Discover ways of working together with friends by drawing or building a spaceship.
    • Explore what would make the spaceship a comfortable and enjoyable place to be with friends.
    • Think about what could be learned from spending time with friends in the spaceship
  • Christmas Lunch 2023

    Our pupils enjoyed a Christmas lunch and visit from Santa Claus in the Manor House Hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the Manor House.

  • Pantomime 2023

    On Thursday we attended the Sleeping Beauty Pantomime in Riverside Coleraine. After getting off the 7:45am ferry, we were invited to Ballycastle Integrated School where we had a snack before boarding the bus. Thank you to everyone in BIPS for the warm welcome. 

  • Christmas service 2023

    Today we held our annual Christmas service in the Church of the Immaculate Conception. This year our pupils used their Christmas preparation to think about how Christmas is celebrated in other parts of the world. They also lead us in a beautiful Christingle service with songs, prayers, tin whistle and music in Irish- maith thú!

  • Santa Letters

    Our youngest pupils braved the wind to post their Santa letters this week. Let's hope they arrive on time.

  • Anti-poverty Initiative by Causeway Coast and Glens

    ‘Where To Turn’ is an initiative of Causeway Coast and Glens Anti-Poverty Stakeholder Steering Group. The Steering Group is made up of foodbanks, advice centres, charities and relevant statutory organisations and was set up by Council during the pandemic to connect services and ensure a whole person approach to supporting people experiencing financial difficulty.

  • Anti-bullying Week

    Today we celebrated anti-bullying week in school by wearing odd socks. In assembly, we looked at this year’s theme of 'Make A Noise About Bullying'. We also did some scenarios and considered what to do if you feel you are being bullied.
